This is one of our biggest steps yet: new ways to work with memory, a collective of Advisors we call Your Kin, smoother conversations, and a stronger voice.
🧠 Memory that remembers (and listens to you)
Your memories are still safe, secure, and powering Kin behind the scenes — nothing has changed there.
What has changed is how you can see and shape them. With a new memory front end, you can now review, edit, merge, or delete. This gives you more control day-to-day, and it helps us learn how people actually manage their memories — so we can make recall sharper, conversations smarter, and memory more useful for everyone.
🎭 Meet Your Kin
Instead of one all-purpose AI, you now have Your Kin: a collective of independent Advisors with much deeper expertise.
At launch, you’ll meet:
Why these Advisors? We’ve seen the strongest traction with people in high-pressure environments — founders, entrepreneurs - even elite athletes. People who live with constant stakes and stress. To focus our efforts (and learn fast), we built this first set of Advisors to support the challenges they run into most: sharper decisions, clearer plans, and healthier relationships.
But this doesn’t mean Kin won’t serve others. Whether it’s supporting neurodivergent users who need structure and clarity, or privacy experts who value control above all else, we’re staying true to our mission: delivering a great conversational experience, helping people improve emotional intelligence and feel prepared for what’s ahead, and all while remaining local-first and ensuring you always have autonomy over your data.
💬 Conversations with more flow
Chats with Kin are now smoother and more dynamic. We’ve added touches that make conversations feel less robotic and more like talking to someone who really gets you.
🎙️ Voice Chat that moves with you
Typing isn’t always the best option. With upgraded voice chat, you can now go fully hands-free — whether you’re walking, driving, cycling, or just thinking out loud. It’s more responsive, more natural, and brings Kin even closer to real conversation.
